AICB and PwC Malaysia held a webinar collaboration on 27 April 2022 @ 11 am titled "Banking Digital Strategy – Business Models and Successful Implementation Strategies" featuring the following speakers: Clarence Chan, Director, Risk Assurance Services, PwC Malaysia; Neha Mani, Director, Strategy&, Malaysia; and Nihit Gupta, Director Advisory, Digital Innovation and Products, PwC Southeast Asia, Singapore. Discussions centred on the global trends in banking digital strategies and its accompanying regulatory, technology and consumer considerations, and examples of successful business models, its features and risks. The panel also explored the fundamentals of an effective digital value proposition and its various components, as well as the methods and approach to the digital implementation roadmap. The webinar was attended by over 150 individuals.
