In AICB’s 2nd webinar collaboration of the year with PwC Malaysia, “Managing Cyber Risk in a Post-COVID-19 World and What it Means for the Financial Institutions”, speakers Gan Kok Tin, Partner of PwC Hong Kong, and Clarence Chan, Executive Director, Digital Trust & Cybersecurity of PwC Malaysia shared their views on key trends and highlights from the PwC Digital Trust Insights 2021 survey — a Malaysian perspective — and how the trends correlate to actual cyber attacks observed on the global landscape. They also shared the lessons learnt from the latest high-profile attacks and highlighted areas of focus when dealing with the challenges posed by COVID-19-themed phishing and spear-phishing attacks.
