A. Expedited Result Release for MCQ-Based Examinations via the AICB–PV

Effective 1 January 2024, AICB will release the results of the multiple-choice question-based (MCQ-based) online examinations conducted through the AICB–Pearson VUE (AICB-PV) platform on a weekly basis. Candidates may view the performance/score reports on the AICB–PV platform within 72 hours, and the official results will be published on the following Thursday.

This enhanced process applies to the following modules:

B. New Assessment Format for International Compliance Association (ICA) Programmes

Kindly note the following changes to the ICA programmes:

  2. 1 open book examination of 3 hours 15 minutes
  1. 3 parts multiple choice questions of 30 minutes each
  2. 2 written case study assignments of approximately 3,000–3,500 words each

C. AICB Excellence Awards Policy

AICB is delighted to announce the release of the AICB Excellence Awards Policy, in accordance with the new Chartered Banker framework. This policy supersedes the previous criteria, and outlines the guidelines and procedures for the AICB Excellence Awards, which recognises the outstanding achievements of our esteemed members.

D. Assessment and Optional Workshop Schedules for January–June 2024

We are pleased to announce the release of the assessment schedules for January–June 2024, as follows:

The schedule for July–December 2024 will be released in January 2024.

The optional workshop schedule for January–June 2024 is available here. The schedule for July–December 2024 will be released in April 2024.

Please note that the duration of the optional workshop for BBC has been shortened from 7 days to 6 days, with a revised fee of RM4,800 (subject to Service Tax). The optional workshop schedule for July–December 2024 will be released in April 2024.
