In June 2017, The Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) released its final recommendations on a framework for developing improved climate-related financial disclosures through their existing reporting processes. In this session, we introduce you to the current disclosure practices as they relate to the Task Force’s recommendations, highlight key challenges associated with implementing the recommendations, and outline some of the efforts the Task Force will consider undertaking in coming months to help address some of the implementation challenges.
