Mohd Khaidzir bin Shahari leads the Risk Consulting practice for KPMG in Malaysia, where he is also responsible for managing several business units including Governance, Risk and Compliance Services. He began his career as an internal audit executive with a tier-one finance company before joining a public listed company to establish and head the Internal Audit Division. Subsequently, Khaidzir moved on to become the Head of Internal Audit of a finance company, reporting to the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Khaidzir has significant experience in compliance, internal audit, quality assessment review and risk management engagements for many Government and public-listed companies. He has also assisted a number of clients who were seeking to list on the national stock exchange. Currently, he is the President of The Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia (IIAM).

Tan Sri Mohd Nasir Ahmad is a Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom, a Chartered Accountant with Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), and holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
He is currently Chairman of CIMB Group Holdings Berhad, CIMB Bank Berhad, CIMB Bank PLC Cambodia and Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd. He was appointed as Independent Director of CIMB on 20 July 2015 and CIMB Group Chairman on 20 October 2018.
He was the President of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) from August 2011 to July 2013. In September 2013, he was elected to the Council of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the United Kingdom and completed the maximum 9 years’ tenure in November 2022, after being re-elected in September 2016 and November 2019. On 1 May 2021, he was appointed a member of the Financial Reporting Foundation and Chairman of the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board (MASB).
He brings with him vast experience in the areas of leadership, management, operations, finance and accounting, which spans over 40 years, having started his career as a Trainee Accountant with Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) in 1979 and moving on to hold various positions in the Finance Division.
In January 1993, Tan Sri Mohd Nasir was seconded to TNB’s subsidiary company, Malaysia Transformer Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, as Financial Controller before being appointed its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in June 1994.
In January 2000, he joined Syarikat Permodalan Kebangsaan Berhad as its CEO. On 1 June 2001, he was appointed CEO of Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Berhad, a position he held until his retirement on 1 June 2011.
Tan Sri Mohd Nasir is also Chairman of CIMB Foundation, Trustee of Yayasan Canselor UNITEN and Perdana Leadership Foundation, and board member of FIDE Forum.

Maheswari Kanniah is an experienced Regulatory and Compliance professional with over 45 years of experience including senior management roles in the financial services sector. She has wide-raging exposures covering 22 years of Compliance, Regulatory, Governance, Ethics, Fraud Investigation and Risk Management functions in commercial bank, investment bank, securities broking, futures broking, asset management and private equity as well as 23 years of senior company secretarial functions of a listed company.
In her 45 years in the financial industry, Mahes has conducted various investigations in the capital market and anti-money laundering areas. This was also the reason why Mahes was instrumental in establishing KIBB’s corporate partnership with the ACFE, making KIBB the first company in Malaysia and Southeast Asia to partner with the ACFE. She has also been awarded the “Outstanding Achievement in Outreach and Community Service” by the ACFE in June 2023, being the first Asian to be conferred this Award.
Mahes is currently the Executive Director/Group Chief Regulatory and Compliance Officer of KIBB. She serves on the Board of ICDM and is a Member of the Audit and Risk Management as well as the Membership & Strategy Committees of ICDM and Chairman of its Members Disciplinary Committee. She also serves as a Member of the Risk Management Committee of University Malaya, Member of ACFE Malaysian Chapter’s Marketing Committee, Member of the Curriculum Review Committee of the Securities Industry Development Corporation, Member of the Membership Committee of The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) and Mentor for the Malaysia Australia Business Council. She is also the Assessor for the Institute of Integrity Malaysia for its annual Integrity and Governance award for 2023. Mahes is also the first Malaysian to be elected to serve on the Board of Regents of the ACFE for the term 2024/6.
On the national and community front, Mahes was an active sportswoman. In the early 80s, Mahes captained the Malaysian Hockey Team at various international games and represented the country in athletics.

Leong Sow Yoke is a Chartered Banker conferred by the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB) and Chartered Banker Institute, UK (CBI, UK), Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), and also holds a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) qualification from ISACA.
She is currently a Board Member with MKH Oil Palm (East Kalimantan) Berhad and Bangkok Bank Berhad, where she chairs the Audit & Risk Committee and Audit Committee respectively. She is also a Member of AICB’s Board of Examiners.
Sow Yoke is an accomplished professional with a multifaceted background in banking, finance, and risk management. She has over three decades of experience in the C-suite of renowned institutions such as Alliance Bank Berhad, UOB Malaysia, and OUB Malaysia, where she made significant contributions to the organisations’ governance and controls, highlighted by her pivotal role in a major transformation exercise at Alliance Bank in 2010.
Sow Yoke's proficiency extends beyond traditional banking roles; she possesses five years of experience in external audit and consultancy, with a specialisation in financial and IT audits. Notably, she spearheaded the establishment and leadership of the IT Audit function within a large conglomerate, the Lion Group.
Despite transitioning from full-time employment in 2020, Sow Yoke remains actively engaged in industry initiatives and knowledge sharing where she contributes her insights to programs aimed at promoting diversity and excellence in corporate governance, cybersecurity, and audit practices. In the last 4 years, these included being a speaker/panellist at the Board-Ready Women Program organised by Deloitte Malaysia; ICDM’s Board Audit Committee Dialogue & Networking Session; ISACA Malaysia’s Cybersecurity, IT Assurance & Governance Conference; and Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia’s Chief Audit Executive Summit.

Norashikin Mohd Kassim brings over 27 years of expertise in asset management, banking, and finance. Her extensive experience includes leading one of the world's largest Islamic Asset Management firms, overseeing global, regional, and Malaysian equity and fixed income portfolios. Under her leadership, the company garnered numerous accolades and awards. Additionally, Norashikin has a strong background in investment banking, during which her bank received multiple nominations as the Best Islamic Principal Dealer. In recognition of her significant impact, she was named one of the most influential women in Islamic Business and Finance by the Woman-I Report in 2020.
She holds a degree in Mathematics from Oxford University, along with Master’s degrees in Actuarial Science and Islamic Banking & Finance. Additionally, she was awarded the CFA and Chartered Islamic Finance Professional. With her extensive career spanning asset management, insurance, and Islamic finance, she is recognized as a leading practitioner in global markets, having made significant contributions across various top-tier financial institutions which includes Citigroup Investment Bank Singapore, Standard Chartered Bank (M) Berhad, Kuwait Finance House Malaysia Berhad, CIMB Principal Islamic Asset Management, Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad and ING Berhad (formerly known as Aetna Universal Insurance Berhad).
