Maksim Ryabukhin has over 15 years of experience in management consulting and has worked with market leaders across multiple geographies (SEA, Europe, Central Asia, South Africa, USA). Maksim specialises in risk management as well as regulations and supervision.
Principal, Southeast Asia Lead for Anti-Financial Crime Platform and NFR ExpertOliver Wyman
Jonas Heckmann is an expert in Non-Financial Risk Management and leads our work in this space in Southeast Asia. He supported 10+ banks through multi-year capability enhancement programmes.
Jonas started his career in Europe (focus on Germany and the UK) and has worked in the APAC region since 2017 (focus on Southeast Asia).
He is a regular speaker on conferences and works with industry bodies in Southeast Asia to tackle Financial Crime at a national and regional level. Jonas holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford (Saïd Business School, U.K.) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland). Prior to Oliver Wyman he worked with BCG and Credit Suisse.
