Digital Banking Technology

15 Jul 2020 @ 9:00 am (+8 GMT)

Competition from FinTech firms and tech giants, increased consumer expectations, and new digital innovations are pushing banks to embrace new technologies to build winning strategies. Malaysian banks and financial services institutions are progressing well in the move towards digitalisation, but to become a leader in this sphere requires banks to demonstrate their abilities to innovate with technology.

Future customers with vastly improved financial literacy will inevitably come to expect a seamless customer experience that offers convenient and easy access to banking products and services tailored to their personal lifestyles. To build this value proposition, it is essential for bankers of the future to be well-versed in digital banking technology.

Join us to obtain an overview of technology architecture, practices, and suppliers in the digital banking environment and understand the fundamentals of BNM’s Risk Management in Technology (RMiT). Our panel of experienced speakers from the industry will also share their knowledge on digital banking core platforms and experience design. Digital banking is the way of the future – win the confidence of your customers by elevating their banking experience. Begin your journey by broadening your understanding of digital banking technology through this session.
