Yennie is an experienced deals specialist with more than 20 years’ experience, and currently leads the Deals Strategy practice in PwC Malaysia. She has broad experience in conducting market assessment and commercial due diligence, business planning, and strategy development. Yennie also helps corporations develop business plans and strategies for future expansion. She has vast industry experience working with investors in healthcare, technology, logistics, retail and consumer services, and financial services. More recently, she has been working with a number of banks and FinTech companies that are interested in the digital banking opportunities in Malaysia.

Michael has over 17 years of experience in serving financial services clients across Asia Pacific, specialising in the areas of strategy and enterprise transformation. In his role as Group Chief Strategy Officer and CEO, he enhanced Maybank Group’s long-term strategy with a stronger focus on digital value propositions and sustainability initiatives. He also helped drive improved growth in several key international markets (Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar). Michael has a Master of Arts degree in Economics and Management Studies from Cambridge University, UK, and has completed the Advanced Business Management Program under the Kellogg Graduate School of Management of Northwestern University, Chicago, USA. Prasad joins AICB after a sabbatical of about 1 year to travel and spend time with family. Prior to that, Prasad worked with the investment banks of MUFG in Hong Kong and JP Morgan in both London and Hong Kong as Executive Director in various Markets capacities over a period of 16 years, covering all manner of Asia-ex and Japan securities, from fixed income to equity derivatives. As an accomplished professional in the banking arena, Prasad brings to AICB a great mix of leadership, operational excellence, technical breadth and a passion for learning and development. Prasad holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Finance and Investment and an MA in European Studies from the University of Exeter, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
