AICB Member Satisfaction Survey 2024: Key Highlights

At AICB, our members are the cornerstone of the Institute, and their satisfaction is pivotal in shaping our initiatives.

In line with our commitment to continually enhance our members’ satisfaction and ensure improvement, we conducted the annual AICB Member Satisfaction Survey from September to October 2024, which garnered 2,614 responses (13.44%) from members who have completed, or are currently pursuing, AICB’s qualifications.

We are pleased to share the key findings of the survey, which underscored the relevance of AICB's current value offerings and identified future areas of focus:

We are encouraged by the notable improvements to the member satisfaction ratings and will continue to create better member value by exploring emerging areas of interest for professional qualifications and CPD, while remaining dedicated to enhancing member experience.
